How much will I pay for deliver?

All prices include shipping costs so there is no extra fee during checkout.

When will I receive my order?

The majority of products are transported using pallets, and it is imperative that the delivery occurs on the pre-arranged date, as agreed upon during your phone conversation with the carrier responsible for the delivery. Ensuring the adherence to this specified date is the unequivocal responsibility of the pallet courier, and there should be no exceptions to this commitment.

If you haven’t received the ‘book-in’ call to arrange the delivery date for your pallet(s) within five days of placing your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • For couriered items: Expect a delivery within 2-4 working days (unless it’s bundled with a pallet order).
  • Palletized items: Plan for a delivery window of 4 to 6 working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order’s status by checking the link that we will send you as soon as the goods leave.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

We can’t accommodate specific delivery times as a standard service. Deliveries typically happen between 8 am and 6 pm on weekdays. If you have a pallet order and need an estimated arrival time, you can contact us, and we’ll liaise with the courier to provide an ETA.

What should I do if I’m not at home during the delivery attempt?

If you won’t be available at home on the agreed delivery date, someone else should be present to sign for the order. In the absence of a signature, the goods may be returned to the local depot, unless a safe location can be identified for them. Please note that for unsigned orders, we cannot assume responsibility for loss or theft of goods.

How are deliveries conducted?

Couriered items are delivered in the usual manner, using a delivery van. Palletized products are transported using a tail lift vehicle, similar in size to a lorry.

What is the refund policy for damaged orders?

In the event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, you have the option to reject the goods outright, and the driver will arrange for their return to our warehouse. It is advisable to contact us immediately before taking this step. If you make a note of the damage on the delivery documents, we will provide a refund or a replacement at no cost. Alternatively, if you decide to accept the goods despite some damage, we will offer compensation for the unusable portion of the order. In such instances, we kindly request photographic evidence of the damaged items.
